Education Coordinator

Role Overview:
As an Education and Society Coordinator, you will be instrumental in implementing TEN’s work plan within the unique context of your host community. You will identify your community needs and tailor effective solutions, fostering impactful collaborations to drive project success. Your role involves training and supervising a team of volunteers, equipping them with essential professional knowledge, and creating educational materials for field deployment. Additionally, you will lead an educational program to enrich the volunteer experience.

Responsibilities:
– Execute the project’s work plan in alignment with its established model.
– Identify community needs and develop appropriate problem-solving strategies.
– Cultivate and maintain valuable partnerships to advance project initiatives.
– Train and guide a team of volunteers, co-creating professional resources.
– Provide continuous support, training, and supervision for volunteers.
– Lead and facilitate an educational program designed for volunteers’ growth.

Requirements:
– Proficiency in English (oral and written skills are crucial).
– Background in youth training, guidance, and mentorship.
– Experience in voluntary engagement and social initiatives.
– Adaptability to diverse, intercultural environments.
– Independent project management capabilities.
– Minimum one-year commitment.
– Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
– Willingness to travel to program countries in the near future.
– Bachelor’s degree (preferred).

Conditions:
– This position is offered as an internship, not full-time employment.
– Compensation includes flight expenses, visa support, health insurance, and a living stipend.
– An additional flight to your home country is provided after two cycles.
