For over a decade, TEN has fostered community resilience worldwide. Volunteers from diverse backgrounds, including Israel and Jewish diaspora communities, collaborate with local partners, driven by Jewish and universal values, and “Tikkun Olam” in action.

Our Objectives

Promote social action Tikkun olam, and improve the quality of it for vulnerable populations globally.

Develop sustainable partnerships and alliances with local communities in the fields of education and community intervention.

Foster connections between young Israelis and their peers in the Diaspora, on shared values and a commitment to the Jewish people.

Contribute to the personal and Jewish development of our volunteers, shaping and expanding their world view.

Establish a network of active and dedicated Jewish adults committed to their respective communities.

Enhance the image and position of the State of Israel worldwide.

Our Guiding Principles

  6. Incorporating informal education and health program methodologies.
  7. Exporting and implementing our educational and health approach, knowledge, and tools by training local change agents.
  8. Establishing a comprehensive work plan to guide our dedicated staff both at headquarters and in the field.
  9. Employing systematic measurement and evaluation to facilitate flexibility, learning, improvement, and adaptability.
